- DeFi Technologies (OTCQB:DEFTF) said it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to buy intellectual property from Solana developer Stefan Jørgensen.
- After the deal, Jørgensen will join DEFTF.
- Pursuant to the deal, the company will issue a total of 7.3M shares of the company at $0.55 apiece to Jørgensen in exchange for all the IP.
